Notes on Delias caeneus :

Found only on the South Moluccas, where it is common. The hindwing red markings are more developed than in any other member of the Group. Unlike any other members, there is a red patch at the end of the cell on the hindwing verso

As you can see on the plate, it is a very variable species.
